Set up is from 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Pre-Registered vendors are guaranteed a space and will be placed at the front of the event. Please print and bring a copy of your receip. Only motorcycle related goods, products and services are to be sold and showcased. Arizona Bike Week reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone selling goods not deemed to be in the spirit of the event. No refunds issued for any reason.
