Ticket holders are subject to, without limitation, the following terms and conditions:
Tickets are non-refundable.
Single-day tickets cannot be transferred or converted into Rally Passes.
No food,beverages, lawn chairs, weapons nor other items as determined by Arizona Bike Week/FX Promotions management may be brought into ticketed event areas.
All artists and times of performance are subject to change and/or cancellation without advance notice.
All bags are subject to Event Staff and Security Personnel searches.
FX Promotions reserve the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund.
Cancellation of or impact on the event due to an act of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemic, and any act or order of any public authority or any cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of FX Promotions reserves ticket holder/purchaser no right to refund or exchange. FX Promotions is not obligated to provide a substitute performance.
FX Promotions assumes no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other harm suffered by participants, spectators, event site owner, lessor or others who may be adversely affected by this “Event” and/or causes of actions resulting therefrom. Ticket holder/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Bike Week, FX Promotions, its officer, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, partners, Event Sponsors, et al. from any liability resulting from personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other harm suffered by participants, spectators, event site owners, lessors or others who may be adversely affected by the “event” and or causes of actions resulting therefrom.
Tickets obtained from sources other than FX Promotions may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such cases, will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admission will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
No unauthorized photography, audio nor video recording is allowed in ticketed Event areas.
Only FX Promotions authorized marketing video and still photography may be recorded at the event. By entering the event grounds, patrons consent to the use of their likeness for media coverage, marketing, and publicity of the event for future events.
FX Promotions is not responsible for issues or inconvenience arising from unauthorized duplication of this ticket. FX Promotions reserves the right to refuse admittance to any and all entrants if duplicate copies are submitted for entry at the event. Do not forward this ticket to any third-party or make copies at any time.
