How about renting a golf cart for the week? We have four-passenger carts available for rent for $350+tax for all five days of the event.
You can reserve your five-day golf cart online or onsite at the Check-in/Registration booth on the south side of the gated event area. Quantities are limited. We strongly recommend online reservations if you want to insure availability.
Your rental cart will be available for pick-up Wednesday 10am –7pm.
All standard rental car rules and all Arizona motor vehicle laws will apply to renting and operating a golf cart at Arizona Bike Week. Golf carts are permitted in designated areas of the event only.
Terms and Conditions I (the lessee) herby confirm that I am 18 years of age and a state licensed driver and will abide by all motor vehicle regulations of Arizona Bike Week, the City of Scottsdale, State of Arizona and the event venue WestWorld, while operating golf cart. I expressly agree that I will be the only operator of the golf cart and that I am responsible for any damage caused by any party operating golf cart during the rental period.
I understand that a golf cart is a motor vehicle, the use of which poses serious risk of property damage and personal injury, including permanent disability and death to myself, passengers or pedestrians, while operating golf cart. I expressly agree that I will not operate golf cart if I have consumed alcohol.
I understand that Arizona Bike Week is a crowded event and people or other vehicles may come into my path unexpectedly. I understand that this is an additional risk of operating a motor vehicle.
I expressly agree to assume all liability and accept personal responsibility for any damages I suffer or cause, including serious injury or death. I expressly agree and that I possess current and valid motor vehicle insurance with the required minimum coverages to operate a motor vehicle. I agree to produce proof of coverage to any authority that requests it.
I understand the title to the equipment is retained by A-1 Golf Cart Leasing, Inc., free and clear of all claims of the lessee or others.
The equipment shall be maintained in good working order, and shall be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, normal wear and tear expected. Any tampering with the engine (governor) of any kind will result in a $500.00 fine or cost of repair whichever is greater and may result in loss of rental without refund. Any golf carts not returned to the golf cart compound or designated area will incur a $100 tow in fee. Lock and Cable sets not returned in working order will incur $50 replacement cost. Cars returned excessively dirty with mud or trash will be charged a minimum of $50 cleaning fee.
NO SIGNS OR DECALS SHALL BE AFFIXED TO THE EQUIPMENT WITH ANY KIND OF ADHESIVE. To avoid risk of fire, no decorations shall be used.
Golf Carts are delivered full of fuel, additional fuel will be the responsibility of the lessee.
All passenger golf carts are restricted to their specific passenger limits. DO NOT EXCEED CAPACITY. Passenger golf carts are not to be used as maintenance vehicles.

By signature below, the Lessee agrees to the payment terms stated below and that Arizona Bike Week, City of Scottsdale, WestWorld and A-1 Golf Cart Leasing, Inc. shall not be responsible for loss, damage, theft, or replacement once Lessee takes possession. Charges for theft and or damages will be processed to card on file or invoiced. Further, upon default by Lessee, Arizona Bike Week shall be entitled to recover all costs of collection, attorney’s fees, and 18% interest per annum. Venue of all collection or default actions shall be in Maricopa County, State of Arizona.
Lessee agrees by signing below to indemnify and hold Arizona Bike Week, City of Scottsdale, WestWorld, A-1 Golf Cart Leasing, Inc. and employees and assignees harmless from any and all losses, damages, injuries, claims, demands, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and any claim made under strict liability) arising out of use or operation of the equipment by Lessee from and after delivery of the equipment.
Cancellation Policy
If you register and pay for a golf cart but later discover you are unable to make the event, ABW® will issue a refund, less a 5% processing charge, if you notify our office in writing no later than February 27th, 2023. If we receive your written cancellation after February 27th, 50% of your total fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 19th, 2023.
If the event is cancelled, our existing refund policy applies. If the event is postponed, your funds will be applied to the next event dates.
I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM GIVING UP ANY RIGHT TO SUE ARIZONA BIKE WEEK, CITY OF SCOTTSDALE, STATE OF ARIZONA, WESTWORLD AND A-1 GOLF CART LEASING, INC., THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE I MAY SUFFER WHILE OPERATING GOLF CART ON EVENT PREMISES. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AGREE TO BE FINACIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS ASSERTED AGAINST ARIZONA BIKE WEEK, WESTWORLD, CITY OF SCOTTSDALE, STATE OF ARIZONA AND A-1 GOLF CART LEASING, INC. RESULTING FROM OPERATION OF GOLF CART ON EVENT PREMISES.
