There are several reasons why orders can be declined. Most declines are a result of the expiration date or the security code being entered incorrectly, an incorrect billing address (AVS mismatch), or just straight declines from your bank.

Our payment gateway may be able to provide more info as to why your payment was declined. Please contact johna@azbikeweek.com or kristina.anderson@grayspike.com.

If the declines persist, you will need to call your financial institution for more information.
